4) Assigning alpha numeric and numeric numbers to diseases entity according to some established criteria.

DURATION: 3 YEARS
ACCREDITATION STATUS: FULL

NATIONAL DIPLOMA

DURATION: 2 YEARS
ACCREDITATION STATUS: FULLY ACCREDITED BY THE NBTE AND HEALTH RECORDS OFFICERS REGISTRATION BOARD OF NIGERIA.

HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA

DURATION: 2 YEARS
ACCREDITATION STATUS: ACCREDITED BY THE HRORBN

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

FOR PROFESSIONAL DIPLOMA AND NATIONAL DIPLOMA:

Candidate must have five credits passes in the following subjects from SSCE/NECO, WAEC, NABTEB; ENGLISH LANGUAGE, MATHEMATICS, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY AND BIOLOGY at not more than two sittings.

FOR HIGHER NATIONAL DIPLOMA

• Same as for Professional Diploma and National Diploma
• Candidate must possess professional diploma or national diploma license and board result

1. Health Assistant Medical (Part time)

Duration of Courses

A) Health Assistant (Part time) : One academic session.
B) Health Technician :
i) Candidate with HAM certificate will spend one academic session on full time.; and Two (2) academic session for part time candidate.
ii) Candidate without HAM certificate but with five (5) credits in O'level will spend two (2) academic session.
